We want o make sure that you are 100% satisfied with the course and it meets your needs.

However, we strongly recommend committing to finishing the whole program and having a go with regular practice before deciding to leave the practice. This is a process and, naturally, the practice challenges us throughout this process.  If you have any doubts or challenges, please contact us and we will answer your questions. It is important for us that you practice safely and can progress in your practice.

REFUND POLICY​​

• We offer a full refund for most of our courses up to 7 days from starting your course. After this time you will have access to the rest of the modules and refunds will not be longer accepted.

• That means that you have 1 week to try the first module and decide if the course meets your needs.

​

• To apply for a refund you just need to let us know within 7 days' time from logging into the course.  You can do this by emailing us at info@mindfulnesshaven.academy

REFUND FOR PRIVATE PROGRAMS AND PRIVATE PACKAGE COURSE

• To get to know your needs, and see if we feel comfortable working together you will receive a 20 min long FREE consultation call from me. No strings attached. You can decide then if you want to book the course.

• If you pay for the course and change your mind for whatever reason, you can still get a full refund for the course if you cancel it not later than 7 days after logging into your e-learning account.

REFUND FOR SUMMER CPD COURSES FOR TEACHERS

*Due to the nature of the summer courses for teachers, this course has a limited refund policy. Once started it cannot be refunded. However if for any reason you will change your mind you can return to the course not later than  14 days before the course starts. Please do this by emailing us and the full refund will apply.

* The course will take place if the minimum participants' requirement is met. We will inform you not later than 14 days before the course starts if we will need to cancel the course.
